Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
Obituaries are usually ready about 3 business days after we receive your questionnaire. Slideshows and memorial pages typically take 3–5 business days after we have your photos. Have a service date coming up? Tell us in the notes and we'll do our best to meet it.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Obituaries include 2 rounds of revisions and slideshows include 1. We want it to truly reflect your loved one.
Who can use Still Meadow Tributes?
Anyone, anywhere in the United States. It doesn't matter which funeral home or provider handled the arrangements, or whether there was a formal service at all.
Can you publish the obituary in the newspaper?
We'll deliver a version formatted for print. Newspapers set their own fees and deadlines, and we're happy to explain how to submit it.
What if I'd rather make something myself?
Our printable templates on Etsy let you create programs, memorial cards, and guest book pages at home with free tools like Canva or Google Docs.

Privacy note
Still Meadow Tributes uses the information and photos you share only to create and deliver your tribute and to contact you about your order. We never sell or rent your information. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Photos you upload are stored privately, seen only by our team, and deleted once your order is complete (and automatically after 60 days at the latest).
Online memorial pages can be kept private or shared only with people you choose. Once your order is complete, you can ask us to delete your photos and details at any time by emailing hello@stillmeadowtributes.com.
